Mitten Tree Program
Information
Participants are encouraged to bring mittens, gloves, socks, or scarves to decorate the tree. These items will be donated to Mercer Street Friends in Trenton, NJ, for local families in need.
During the event, children will share the story of Christmas, accompanied by carols and a small group of musicians. All children are welcome, and childcare will be provided during the Meeting for Worship from 10-11 a.m., after which kids will reunite with their parents for the presentation.
The Mitten Tree Program will kick off at 11 a.m., followed by a potluck lunch. Both visitors and members are invited to bring a dish to share.
