Policy & Terms

Members and nonmembers may use the Meeting House and Education Building for nonprofit religious and educational purposes only.

Note: Exceptions may be made at a MEMBERS special application approved by Meeting.

Monthly Meeting for Business approves or rejects every building use based on Friends Testimonies and practices.

There is no alcohol or tobacco use on the premises.

Parking of vehicles is in the lower rear lot only.
The building occupants are responsible for damages and extensive cleaning charges.
Legal marriages require that the couple obtain a license.

A certificate of insurance indemnifying SFM may be required

Fees/Contributions

There is no charge for building use by members of Solebury Friends Meeting, however, contributions are welcome.
A contribution of $150 for each building use is required for non-member use.
A security fee of $150 for each building is required for non-member use.
A caretaker charge of $50 for each building applies to both members and non-members.
Parking attendants will be paid $35 if required. Extra services fees are charged at $35 per hour.
Additional caretaker fees will be charged for weekday/workday events.
