About 50 folks of all ages gathered on June 14th for Solebury Friends Meeting’s annual Family Day. Carolyn Hill-Fotouhi, clerk of the Religious Education Committee, presented the First Day School children and teachers with books, and we all joined in singing Tom Chapin’s Family Tree, before heading to the Little Building for a scrumptious lunch, prepared by our Hospitality Committee. After lunch, the youngest of us were able to play with a parachute on the lawn and then listened to a concert performed by Justin Nawn of The Birdhouse in Lambertville. Good weather, good food, good friends – another great Family Day at Solebury Meeting.
